Best cupcakes I have had!!! Love that everyone was so clean and used masks and cleaned the screen before using!!!

Okay... I’m boring... but I love, love, love the vanilla cupcakes here. I’ve tried some of the others but always come back to the vanilla. The cake is so moist that it melts in your mouth.

I cannot wait to eat these cupcakes. Service was a little slow getting my cupcakes. The young lady packing the cupcakes was slower than molasses but other than that the service was great.

Great tasting cupcakes. Presentation is amazing. Really cool recycled wood plates and spoons. Definitely recommend them for any occasion!

Saw a video on tik tok about this place and my surprise was that it's real lol I ordered a lemon/coconut cupcake the texture of the bread was simple good just how I like it and the frosting super delicious. I give this place a thumbs up 👍 I totally recommend it....

Today was my 1st time here and I loved it! I ordered the strawberry cupcake.The icing to cupcake ratio was perfect. I would love to have one of these on the Northside.

I usually don't give 5 stars, but as soon as I walked in the store I felt so good.The service was great, the dark chocolate Cupcakes is AMAZING.They also have dog cupcakes and my dog loved it.The only con is there isn't a bathroom inside the store. I really love the experience.

I hate to do this, but over the years, the quality has severely decreased. I used to be so excited to get a Sprinkles cupcake and the bakery used to be synonymous with a special reward after a long week now and then. Now, I walk in, the bakery lobby is messy, unkempt and the staff looks tired of working there and often make comments about being ready to get off. The part that hurts the most is the cupcakes themselves. The quality has given way to random, various flavors, leaving the consumer wanting. The awkward crusts, fillings and toppings are falling off or coagulating inside the cupcake.I hate to say this, but for $20 for 4 cupcakes, I can do better.

My girls wanted to go so bad so We made it happen. What a super cute idea and experience. Thank you for making a imprint on my girls childhood.

We go to Sprinkles in Houston 6-8 times a year and get a dozen cupcakes of difference flavors. My favs are blueberry, carrot cake, chocolate and red velvet, and we get some seasonal flavors and flavors of the day to round out the box. There is only 1 franchise in Houston on Westheimer Road. Sometimes the cupcakes are delicious and sometimes the are bla.The blas now outnumber the delicious. How sad! Consistancy in the food biz is critical. Get your act together.

I love Sprinkles cupcakes but Ive got to be honest the past couple visits the cupcakes have been way too dry. Even worse by the next day. For the amount of money you pay they should be moist and fresh!

Cupcakes and ice cream are delicious, and by themselves, deserve five stars. We've been going here since it opened, and loved it, ut for some reason, it's just not the same now. The place itself looks aged and unkempt, and it smelled horrible. Very unfortunate, as their product is top quality.

Horrible! Would not refill the "cupcake ATM" AND would NOT sell any through the from front door 20 minutes before they closed.Horribly managed. Don't sweat in line waiting just to be treated poorly

They have the best cupcakes and curbside pickup. Place your order on line before you go to pick up it

Would avoid right now. Cupcakes are fine but their process to order is cumbersome and slow. Their cakes are already baked, why should I have to wait 25 minutes in my car for them to put them in a box??

Historically, Sprinkles has provided good customer service. However, the past two times that I have ordered pickup, the same girl with dyed red hair has brought out my orders. Each time, with a nasty attitude as I greet her. What’s going on behind those doors, Sprinkles?

This is a must stop if you are anywhere close. We go out of our way to swing by sprinkles. The cupcakes are amazing. I usually get milk chocolate or dark chocolate and my wife gets the red velvet or something fancy!

Every visit to Houston my husband and I stop on our way out. Their vegan red velvet cupcake is delicious and we always get their pupcakes for our fur baby at home. ❤️

The strawberry cupcake is absolutely divine. The sweetness is a little overwhelming so I recommend a drink alongside the cupcake to wash down the sugar; otherwise this is a solid place to satisfy the sweet tooth.

If you think these cupcakes are edible, I feel sorry for you. You’ve never had a proper cupcake! The ATM is cool-I will admit but not so much when you are trying to get $100 out and you only get a $5.

The Sprinkles ATM has always been a joy for us that we love to share. During holidays, spring break etc i like to take my son and his friends, cousins, nieces...and see their faces light up. We have always been beyond satisfied! However, today my son graduated 5th grade and due to covid19, graduation was merely a drive by the school. In attempts to spruce up the day we decided to surprise my son with a Sprinkles ATM visit. (Coming from spring branch, not exactly down the street) But today, the surprise was on us. All three of our cupcakes were very dry and even had an odd somewhat sour taste. Bit of a disappointment. Hope this doesn't happen again.
